"This location is a well-known tourist destination, attracting a large number of international visitors. With that in mind, the design aims to create architecture that is accessible and welcoming to a diverse audience. The primary material used is expanded metal mesh provided by SCG. The concept behind the project is to showcase the versatility of this material — almost like a compact exhibition — while also creating an iconic structure that reflects the identity of this seaside destination. ใช้แนวคิดการซาและแตกแขนงของรูปทรงจากธรรมชาติ เช่น ดวงดาว อาคารจึงเปนเหมือน “เศษเสียว” ของ ธรรมชาติทีถูกขยายให้ใหญ่ขึน “ดาวแฉก” ใช้สือถึง ทิศทังห้า เหนือ ใต้ ตะวันออก ตะวันตก และศูนย์กลาง เปนเหมือน “ศูนย์รวม” ของผู้คนและพลังงาน
