The design concept aims to encourage the surrounding community to once again recognize the importance of a clean canal. It also serves as a space for gathering, conversation, and relaxation, reflecting the relationship between water and people — as water is life, and clean water signifies a better quality of life for the community. This is achieved through the concepts of expanding and interweaving.

Pavilion บรรทัดฐาน ออกแบบด้วยการรื้อโครงสร้างและบิดเบือนเส้นสาย เพื่อสะท้อนแรงกดดันที่ซ่อนอยู่ในสังคม พื้นที่ภายในสร้างจากโครงเหล็กและแผงตะแกรงเอียงซ้อนกัน ทำให้เกิดบรรยากาศไม่สมมาตรและเคลื่อนไหว โครงสร้างเปิดเผยเส้น diagonal ที่ไม่เป็นระเบียบ เสริมพลังเชิงสัญลักษณ์ ให้ผู้ใช้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ใหม่ทั้งด้านสถาปัตยกรรมและจิตวิทยา
